Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies investigated a hit and run motor vehicle at the Waterloo Premium Outlets in Waterloo, NY. A vehicle owned by Garnet J. Pitts of Ontario Canada was struck while parked. The other vehicle that struck the Pitts vehicle, left the scene and was later found by Deputies. During the investigation Tacalla N. White age 34 of 316 Grand ave. Rochester, NY, Kenya K. Simms age 32 of 47 Thomas St. Rochester, NY and Kimberly R. Bones age 39 of 26 Parselles Ave Rochester, NY were all arrested for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. They were found to be in possession of property from multiple stores that was not payed for totaling an amount of $557.80. Simms was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. White was also charged criminal impersonation in the second degree after giving Deputies a false name. They were arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond bail. They are to re-appear in Junius Town Court on May 15, 2008 to answer to the charges.
