The Waterloo Police Department arrested Katharine E. McGough, age 29, of 41 Garden Street, Seneca Falls, NY on several charges after she was involved in an altercation on Virginia Street around 0100 hrs on 4/30/08.Police were called to a disturbance between McGough and Waterloo resident and she was told she had to leave the residence. McGough then started screaming profanities at police outside the residence and punched and kicked officers as they were taking her into custody for her actions. She was charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Harassment 2nd. McGough was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to SCCF on $2000 cash or $4000 bond. She is to reappear in Waterloo Village Court on 6/4/08 to answer the charges.
