Seneca County Sheriff’s Investigators arrested David E. Jensen, age 39 of Ovid N.Y. on charges of Harassment in the second degree (violation), Making a punishable false written statement (class A misdemeanor), and Offering a false instrument for filing in the second degree (class A misdemeanor). It is alleged that on March 4, 2008 while Jensen was working as a Senior Corrections Officer in the Seneca County Correctional Facility located at the Law Enforcement Center in the Town of Romulus, did use excessive force against an inmate. It is further alleged that Jensen wrote a false report regarding the incident, and filed same with the facility. Jensen was issued appearance tickets, and is to report to the Town of Romulus Court on May 30, 2008 at 10:00 am to answer the charges. Jensen was placed on administrative leave pending internal disciplinary action.
