Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested a fifteen year old male on a charge of Assault in the second degree. The charge stems from an incident on 04-17-08 at a Town of Varick business where the male allegedly struck a male victim causing serious physical injury. The male was issued an Appearance Ticket to appear in the Seneca County Family Court at a later date. The name of the male has not been released due to his age.
