Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the report of a structure fire at Show World, located at 1490 Nine Foot Rd. Waterloo, NY. Upon Deputies arrival to the business, the structure was engulfed in flames with heavy smoke coming from the building. The business was open at the time, however, there were no customers at the time. All employees made it out safely and no injuries were reported. The fire was quickly brought under control and contained to one portion of the structure. The Seneca County Fire Investigation team responded to the scen and determined the cause to be electrical from lighting in the building. Damages are estimated at $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 dollars. The building is insured.
