Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a Personal Injury ATV accident at 1824 Pre Emption Street in the Town of Waterloo. Shane M. Burkett, age 19, of 1469 Bankert Road Clifton Springs, NY 14432 was riding a 4 wheeler in a sand pit when he drove over a hill and was thrown from the ATV. Burkett was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance for rib and hip pain and later released. Junius Fire Department also responded to the scene.
