Drivers to and from the Syracuse region should expect some delays on the New York State Thruway as a result of projects.The state Thruway Authority said traffic will be stopped at 10 a.m. in both directions on Tuesday roughly three miles west of the Weedsport exit (Exit 40) for an overhead utility project.On Wednesday, stoppages will occur several times between 7 p.m. and midnight just west of Exit 36 as part of the Buckley Road Bridge project. The passing lane in both directions at that site will be closed from 6 p.m. Tuesday to 6 a.m. Wednesday.
