Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested Joseph A. Martinez, 24, of 4365 Seneca Road Lot 23 Trumansburg NY, on two charges of Menacing in the second degree. Deputies responded to a disturbance involving a man armed with a handgun and it was later discovered that Martinez allegedly pointed the same handgun at a male victim. Martinez was arraigned in the Covert Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $750 cash bail/$1,500 secured bond. Martinez is to reappear in the Covert Town Court on May 5th, 2008 at 3pm.
