An Ontario County man was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment early Saturday morning after firing shots in the air at his residence, sheriff’s deputies said.About 3:50 a.m., deputies were called to 7796 State Route 5 and 20 in the town of East Bloomfield for a reported disturbance. Thomas Jay Basch, 52, emerged from the residence with a shotgun and fired off one round.Basch was arraigned in East Bloomfield Town Court and jailed in lieu of $5,000 cash bail.
