Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff’s Investigator’s arrested Emmanuel J. Mundell, age 24, of 6050 County Route 1 Apt. 2A Trumansburg after a traffic stop on Rock River Road in the Town of Ovid. Mundell was wanted on a warrant out of Schuyler County for Burglary in the first degree. Mundell was turned over to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office for arraignment.
