Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports David E. Goodell age 37, of 2293 Travers Rd. Seneca Falls, NY 13148 was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment in the 2nd degree. Goodell was arrested after an incident that occurred at 2293 Travers Rd. in which he alledgedly struck a 17 year old female victim in the face in front of a 15 year old female. Goodell was arraigned before Town of Tyre Justice Court Justice Jans-Duffy where he was released on his own recognizance. Goodell is scheduled to re-appear in the court on March 19th 2008 at 6:00 pm to answer the charges. An order of protection was also issued for the victims.
