Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Deputies arrested William F. Boyce, 47, of Allentown Pennsylvania on a charge of Grand Larceny 4th degree. Deputies said that Boyce stole a vehicle from a Town of Junius business on 11/2/07 by defrauding the victim. Deputies allege that Boyce traded a vehicle that was not his property and that the vehicle was subsequently repossessed by the rightful owner and the victim was never compensated. Boyce was picked up by the Hatfield Township Police Department in Pennsylvania on 3/3/08 and was held at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility just outside of Philadelphia P.A. until Deputies picked Boyce up on 3/10/08. Boyce was returned to Seneca County and arraigned in the Town of Junius Court in front of Justice Laird. Boyce was remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 insured bond and is to appear on 3/14/08 at 3 pm to answer to the charge. The case remains under investigation for other possible charges.
