Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested Robert M. O’Brien, 57, of 8594 Mill Street in Lodi, following a disturbance on County Road 136A in the Town of Lodi. O’Brien was charged with four counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts of Harassment in the second degree. The charges stem from an incident where O’Brien was allegedly harassing a male and female victim and using profane language while four children were present. O’Brien was arraigned in the Ovid Town Court and released on his own recognizance. O’Brien is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on March 12th, 2008 at 7pm. An order of protection was issued on behalf of the victims.
