Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested David Wyatt age 37 of 129 Pultney Street Geneva for Aggravated Harassment 2nd. It is alledged that Wyatt made a threatening phone call to a Town of Waterloo resident on February 10th 2008 which caused alarm and annoyance. Wyatt was arraigned before Town of Waterloo Justice Marsh and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in leiu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond and will have to reappear in Waterloo Town Court on March 11th 2008.
