Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports that Sheriff Deputies arrested Scott T. Jackson age 37 of 2094 West Seneca Street Ovid for Endangering the welfare of a child and Harassment 2nd. It is alledged that during a domestic dispute at about 10 pm. on March 2nd with a 19 YO Town of Ovid resident Jackson struck the 19 YO in the face and who was holding a 1 month old child at the time. Jackson was arraigned before Town of Ovid Justice Wayne Ewing and released after a stay away order of protection ws issued. Jackson will have to reappear in Ovid town court at a later date.
