Schuyler Hospital Variety Show on 3/15

The curtain goes up on the Schuyler Hospital Variety Show at 7p.m. on Saturday, March 15th at the Watkins Glen High School Auditorium.Dr. William Saks, Jr., a local obstetrician/gynecologist, will serve as master of ceremonies for the show, which benefits the Schuyler Health Foundation. TheFoundation creates awareness and raises funds to support the programs and services of Schuyler Hospital and its related medical facilities. Singing, dancing, musical entertainment, skits and humor are part of the program that stars members of the Schuyler Hospital medical staff, employees, families and friends.“Our performers include representatives of almost every department at the hospital from nursing and administration, to maintenance, housekeeping, and dietary,” says Dr. Saks. “They will exhibit an array of talents, ranging from piano performances, to aflute quartet, a children’s choir and line-dancing. We even have a family who will be riding unicycles.”“This is a great opportunity for our hospital personnel to celebrate our organization and to connect with the community in a very positive way,” adds Dr. Saks. “It’s going to be a fun, family-friendly evening.”Tickets will be available at the door. Adults $12; Seniors 65 and older $8; and Children 12 and under $5.
