Seneca County Sheriff Jack Stenberg reports Deputies arrested Erin R. Peters, age 36, of 3512 State Route 414. Peters was charged with Failure to use Signal, DWI, and Driving with more than .08% BAC. Peters was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Court and ROR’ed. Peters is set to reappear on March 13th at 1pm to answer the charges.
