Seneca County Sheriffs office reports, Deputies arrested John G. Gant age 32 of 2767 Rt. 96 Waterloo, NY for petit larceny. The charge stems from an incident that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls in which Gant used a credit card that did not belong to him for a total of $504.72. Gant was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on Febuary 7, 2008 to answer to the charge.
