Sheriff Deputies investigated a personal injury auto accident on Co Rd 107 in the Town of Junius. A car being operated by Nicole A. Golden age 17 YO of 685 Whiskey Hill Rd Waterloo, NY was north bound and slid off the west side of road striking a tree, running over 3 driveway signs and coming to rest against a telephone pole. The driver escaped injury however the passenger 16 YO Brittany M. Golden of the same adderess sustained a leg injury. Junius Fire Dept. and North Seneca Ambulance resonded to the scene. Brittany was transported to Geneva General Hospital where she was treated and released. Speed and icy road conditions were a factor in the crash. No tickets were issued. The car was totally demolished and was towed from the scene.
