On Thursday, December 13, 2007, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., in the Mynderse Academy Auditorium, the Seneca Falls Central School District, in conjunction with the Seneca County Health Department, will be presenting a public forum on “The Changing Health Environment and Its Impact Upon You!” The public forum is to present an overview of the changing “health landscape” including, but not limited to MRSA and the increasing vaccines that are available to address this infection, the changes in diseases during the last decade, and antibiotic resistance.Dr. Ghinwa Dumyati, from the University of Rochester Infectious Disease Department, Dr. Robert Weinberg from Geneva Pediatrics, and Dr. Tim Ryan, Medical Director for the Seneca County Health Department, Chief Physician of LifeCare, and the Seneca Falls CSD physician, will lead the discussion on the indicated topics.
