Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Steven E. Hall age 54 of 1927 Sycamore Ln in the Town of Ovid for criminal Contempt in the second degree. The charges stem from an incident where Hall mailed two letters through the U.S. Postal Service to a Town of Ovid woman that had a class “A” order of protection against Hall forbidding Hall to have any such contact. Hall was arraigned before the Town of Ovid Court, Justice Ewing and was RORed. Hall is to reappear before the Town of Ovid Court on December 3rd 2007 to answer the charges.
