Accident on River Rd. / Kingdom Rd. in Seneca Falls

Seneca County Sheriffs office reports, that Deputies investigated a two car personal injury accident that occurred at the intersection of River and Kingdom Rds in the Town of Seneca Falls. A vehicle operated by Jacqueline A Miller age 46 of 141 East Elisha St Waterloo was traveling east on River Rd when it was hit by a vehicle turning left from Kingdom Rd. That vehicle was being operated by Corey J Belden age 24 of 4380 West Seneca Rd in Trumansburg. Neither Belden or her passenger James a Rosado of the same address were injured. Miller was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance to be checked over. She complained of soreness in the upper body. Belden was issued tickets for Failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign, uninspected motor vehicle, and operating out of class. She is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls court at a later date.
