13-Year-Old Accused of Rape in Fayette

Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 13 year old male from the Town of Fayette on several charges of sexual abuse. It is alleged that during a time period from February 2007 to August 2007 that the 13 year old male, who’s name is being with held due to his age, is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 7 year old female several times while working at the girls’ family farm. The 13 year old is charged with one count each of Rape in the first degree, Sexual Abuse in the first degree, Course of Sexual Conduct against a child in the first degree and Endangering the Welfare of a child. He was issued appearance tickets for Seneca County Family Court to answer to the charges at a later date.
