The potential collaboration to build a new visitor center between the Chamber, Finger Lakes National Forest, the Watkins Glen State Park and the Seneca Wine Trial was also of interest to the Governor.“We feel very lucky to have Governor Spitzer spend so much time with us on such a busy day,” said Kimble following the Sunday meeting. “He was attentive and, I believe, really got a good feel for some of the unique issues we face as a small county including the need for a new visitor center.”For information or photos contact the Schuyler County Chamber of Commerce at (607) 535-4300 or email [email protected].
