State Police are investigating a deadly farm accident that occurred on Wednesday in the Freeville, Tompkins County.State Police and Tompkins County 911 say a barn was being taken down at 1890 Dryden Road, which is State Route 13, in Freeville.During the demolition a beam struck a worker in the head. The victim was rushed to Cayuga Medical Center in Ithaca, but later died.State Police say they will be releasing more information later this evening.
