United Steel Workers Union 3298 at ITT-Goulds Pumps in Seneca Falls has a new 5- year contract. Voting yesterday union members approved the contract by a vote of 186 to 83. Details of the contract have not yet been announced. There are 745 employees in the Industrial Process Group, including 368 union and 377 non-union salaried employees. There’s another 145 ITT employees in the Finance Group and Information Technology on East Bayard Street in Seneca Falls. White Plains-based ITT on Friday reported second-quarter earnings from continuing operations of $199 million. Adjusted earnings were up 21 percent, to 92 cents a share over the same quarter a year ago, driven by growth in all segments and margin expansion in the Defense Electronics & Services segment. Second quarter revenue for Fluid Technology was $879 million, led by strong international sales representing a 15 percent increase over the same quarter last year.
