Seneca County Sheriff’s deputies investigated a two car crash on Rt 318 just west of Rt 5 in the Town of Tyre. A vehicle driven by Michael Riley age 60 of 83 Westland ave Rochester was westbound on Rt 318 when a eastbound vehicle being operated by Juan Collazo age 58 of 439 Orange St Rochester crossed the center line and stuck his vehicle. Riley was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance and treated and released for head and neck pain. A passenger in Collazo’s vehicle Enaida Collazo age 60 of the same address was transported to Geneva General Hospital by North Seneca Ambulance for chest pain. She was still being evaluated in the Emergency Room at this time. Collazo was issued a ticket for fail to keep right and is to appear in the Town of Tyre court at a later date.
