Seneca County Sheriff Deputies responded to a one-car personal injury motor vehicle accident on County Road 129 in the Town of Ovid. A vehicle being operated by Joshua T. Jacot, 27, of 8213 Neeley Road in Lodi, was southbound on County Road 129 and lost control. The vehicle left the roadway and went into a ditch. Jacot was transported by private vehicle to Schuyler County Hospital with a broken collarbone. The Ovid Fire Department and South Seneca Ambulance also responded to the scene. The vehicle was demolished and was towed from the scene.
