Watkins Glen School District Superintendent, Tom Phillips, will be the guest speaker at the next Watkins Glen PTA meeting on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at 6 pm in the Watkins Glen Elementary Auditorium. Mr. Phillips will present information on the proposed school budget for 2007-2008. He will be available to answer questions regarding program highlights for each school building: extended day for the elementary school, middle level reform in the middle school, freshman academy and driver’s education in the high school. All PTA members are urged to attend; and the public is welcome. The budget vote is Tuesday, May 15, 2007.
