Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested John E. Myers age 22 of 2 Troy ST. Seneca Falls, N.Y. Myers was charged with petit larceny. It is alleged that Myers stole 26 empty soda cans from Fingerlakes Returnables, then returned the cans for $1.30 in cash to another area buisness. Myers was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town Of Seneca Falls Court on 05-17-07 at 1000 hrs to answer to the charge.
