Moody Blues-Hugh Masekela-Kenny Chesney all Upstate This Summer

We told you last week that the first show booked for the second season of the rennovated C-MAC in Canandaigua as former American Idol contedstant Clay Aiken on July 19th. Now a second concert has been booked at the outdoor shell. According to the website Pollstar dot Com . on July 27th The Moody Blues will return to the C-MAC. Officials with the Rochester Broadway Theater League-the group that books shows at C-MAC-said the rennovations made to the shell a year ago would allow them to book more popular groups because of the larger stage and expanded seating. Other concert news-Maria Muldaur will headline the Rochester Lilac Festival. In Syracuse, the Great New York State Fair is rolling out the country music stars. Kenny Chesney, Pat Green,and Sugarland share the grandstand on August 31st. Also at the fair this year will be Ronnie Milsap, Brad Paisley, and Aaron Tippon. Buddy Guy headlines the Syracuse Rhythm and Blues Festival on July 22nd. Hugh Masekela-will be grazing in the grass on July 21st at the Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance in Trumansburg.
