Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Nelson G. Brink Jr., 19, of 2571 Brewer Road Lot 16 in Waterloo, and Shane W. Harris, 17, of 2571 Brewer Road Lot 3 in Waterloo, on a charge of Attempted Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Brink and Harris attempted to steal approximately two gallons of diesel fuel (valued at $5.20) from a Town of Waterloo resident. Brink and Harris were both issued appearance tickets to appear in the Waterloo Town Court on April 24th, 2007 at 2pm.
