School capital improvement projects were approved in both the Seneca Falls and Romulus school districts yesterday. In Seneca Falls a $2.4 million dollar building improvement project was approved by the vote of 147 to 16. The project will not require an increase in taxes.In Romulus the capital improvement project was approved by a vote of 110 to 18. Romulus voters also approved a proposition to purchase a new bus and van
