No Prison Time In Geneva Amber Alert Case

An Onondaga County man will most likely not serve any prison time for touching off an Amber Alert with a underage Geneva Girl in December 2005.23-year old Connor Izard of Clay was found guilty of misdemeanor counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Sexual Misconduct in Onondaga County Court Wednesday morning. Izard requested a non-jury. Onondaga County Court Judge Joseph Fahey dismissed the most serious charge of 3rd Degree Rape.Izard ran off with then 16-year old Patricia Lynn Visco, of Geneva. She was reported missing by her parents the night she disappeared. Police found Visco the next day at a hotel in the Town of Salina with Izard. Izard allegedly met the Visco over the internet, and she willingly went with him to the Liverpool area hotel. Last March, Visco pled guilty to making a false report. She was sentenced to three years probation.
