The Gould Hotel – the largest building in downtown Seneca Falls-has a new owner.It took less than 10 minutes for a foreclosure sale Tuesday morning at the Seneca County Court House in Waterloo. Pramco III, LLC purchased the hotel for $326,000.Pramco was the plaintiff in the case. The limited liability company was the only bidder. Three local contractors attended the sale and expressed interest in the Gould, but they did not bid on the hotel. A Pramco spokesman says they will contract those interested contractors in the next few days as they get ready to sell the Gould Hotel.Owego resident, Phil Jordan purchased the Gould Hotel in 2001.
