Discovering Leadership, an intensive five-day program designed to make a critical difference in personal and professional development, is set for February 11-16, 2007 on the Cornell campus in Ithaca, New York. Through small-group interactive sessions, simulations, models, and team-building exercises, participants learn about individual leadership style, how to build effective teams, and how to design and guide effective change processes at both the team and organizational levels.Created and led by two of Cornell’s most experienced leadership trainers–Clint Sidle and Chet Warzynski–this program is designed for executives, managers, supervisors, faculty members, and anyone else in business and higher education responsible for and interested in developing or improving their own or others’ leadership and change-management skills. For additional information or to register online, visit http://www.sce.cornell.edu/exec or contact the Cornell University School of Continuing Education and Summer Sessions at 607 255-7259; [email protected]. Enrollment is limited.
