The Geneva Panthers football team defeated Chenango Forks, 26-21 at Paetec Park in Rochester on Saturday afternoon to advance to the Class B State Finals.Geneva improved their record in 2006 to 10-2. The Panthers will face 12-0 Albany Academy next Saturday in the Carrier Dome in the Class B State Championship Game. The title game is slated for a 6:00 pm kick-off.The Finger Lakes region will also be represented in the Carrier Dome next week by Auburn in Class AA who will face Monroe-Woodbury and Corning East in Class A.
