Reigning NASCAR Nextel Cup champion Tony Stewart and several other Nextel Cup drivers will compete in a match race on the Black Rock Speedway dirt oval in Dundee on Aug. 11.Elmira native Jeff Miles, a truck driver for Michael Waltrip’s NAPA Nextel Cup team, helped organize the event, which will benefit the Spalding Foundation for injured drivers. Five dollars of each $15 admission will be donated to the Owego-based foundation.Joining Stewart in the Modified race will be Carl Edwards, Robby Gordon, Jeff Green, Dave Blaney, David Stremme, Tim Fedewa, Scott Wimmer, Jason Leffler and Clint Bowyer.
