A telephone problem this morning has knocked out phone service for the Seneca County Sheriff Department in Waterloo. All the Sheriff’s Department’s northern county telephone lines are currenty down. That includes the main number 315-539-9241.Southern 607-area code numbers are working this morning. Emergency Manangement Officials tell us 911 is still up and running in Seneca County. Verizon has been contacted and is working on the problem.
