Lighting struck a Clay man sunday afternoon as he stood in a tent holding a pole at a Cayuga County Campground.Cayuga County Sheriff Rob Outhouse says 42-year old Anthony Boda suffered burns to hands and feet.when he was struck just before five at the Cross Lake Park in Cato.Boda was listed in fair condition last night at University Hospital in Syracuse.The storm knocked power out for about 8,000 National Grid customers in Cayuga and Onondaga Counties.
