Geneva Teen Gets Probation

The Geneva teenager that triggered a state-wide Amber Alert last month was sentenced to probation behind closed doors on Thursday morning. 16-year old Patricia Lynn Visco received the sentence from Geneva City Judge Timothy Buckley.Visco was reported missing by her parents shortly after 6 p.m. Dec. 1. An Amber Alert was issued and the ensuing search involved various police agencies, including the U.S. Border Patrol and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.Police found Visco in the early morning hours of Dec. 2 at the Knight’s Inn on Electronics Parkway in the town of Salina, near Syracuse, with 22- year old Connor Izard, of 7426 Henry Clay Blvd., a man she met on the Internet.
