No new details have been released this morning on the continuing investigation into the death of 56-year old Rita Jackson of 2-Leland Drive in Seneca Falls. The Seneca County District Attorney’s Office says they are waiting for a medical examiner report before they release any information. The Seneca Falls Police Department has not released any information on the case. Police Chief Fredrick Capozzi did not answer our calls this morning.The Syracuse Post Standard reported that detectives told neighbors Sunday that Jackson’s death seem suspicious. Seneca Falls police Sgt. Eric Calabrese told the Post Standard late Sunday that village police, state police and the Seneca County District Attorney’s Office were investigating an unattended death.
