Emails Work-Seneca Co. SU Fans Will See Game Tonight

Your (and mine) emails worked, Time-Warner Cable and the WB16 have worked out the problems and Seneca County will tonight see the Syracuse -Kent State basketball game. Earlier this week the game against Townson was not shown because of a paperwork mixup. Here’s the email I received Thursday:Hi Greg – Your email was forwarded to my attention because I am the programming person here at WB16 (and I believe we’ve chatted before). I am shocked and disappointed that the Syracuse game was not on in your area this past Tuesday – I heard no mention of any problems whatsoever until this morning when your (and a dozen others) email was forwarded to me by my general manager. My investigation in this revealed an oversight in our Syracuse office due to a mix-up in paperwork and to so many employees being on vacation this holiday week. I am toldthat all systems are go for tomorrow night’s game (Syracuse vs. Kent State @ 7PM).I just want to state again how sorry I am – we here at WB16 work extremely hard to make as many Syracuse games as we can available to our viewers, and while I have to respect the fact that problems do occur, the timing for something like this to happen couldn’t have been worse.Thank you for your email.Regards,Tom GiancursioProgramming SupervisorRochester’s WB16Tel: 585/340-9799Fax: 585/340-9797Email: tom.giancursio@wb16.com
