Police charged a Geneva man Wednesday with stabbing a 71 year old man to death in a senior citizens’ apartment complex. An employee of the Elmcrest Apartments found the body of J.C. Jackson inside one of the buildings of the Lewis Street complex yesterday morning. Jackson suffered multiple stab wounds. State police arrested 23-year old Andre Scott of Geneva on a charge of second degree murder. Police have not said what lead them to Scott. He was arraigned and remanded to Ontario County Jail.
