Geneva Girl Left With Man She Met Online

A Geneva teenager has been found alive and safe near Syracuse. An Amber Alert was issued last night for 16-year old Patricia Lynn Visco. Geneva Police said last night it was a confirmed child abduction that occured at 28 Sharon Street about 2:45 Thursday afternoon. Turns out that not the story. Trisha Visco had been corresponding with 22-year old Conard Izard of Clay for the past month over the internet. The two set up the meeting yesterday at Visco’s Geneva home. State Police say Visco left willing with Izzard yesterday and the two were staying overnight in Syracuse beforing planning to head to NYC. Izard has been arrested, charged with felony rape, criminal sexual acts, and endangering the welfare of a child.
