Seneca Falls Police and Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating an incident that occured in the village Thursday.A 13-year old girl reported that a skinny white male exposed himself and then urinated infront of the girl.The man was wearing a white, button-down shirt and gray pants. He reportedly had gray and white hair.He first asked the girl for directions, asked to see her bathing suit, and then asked for kiss.The incident occured just before nine last night. The investigation continues.
