Seneca Falls Police were lead on a chase early this morning. Around midnight, a car was seen traveling at a high rate of speed on Ovid Street. The driver did not stop for police and a three minute chase took place. The driver then stopped and ran from the car. He was caught behind a business on Ovid Street. 18-year old John Pisano of Miller Road in Waterloo was charged with resisting arrest, reckless driving, DWI, obstructing govenmental administration and numerous vehicle and traffic violations. He was sent to the Seneca County jail on 25-hundred dollars bail.
