The Seneca County Drug Task Force arrested 9- people this week, including a Rochester man they say was a major supplier of cocaine in Seneca County. Arrested during the raids Wednesday and Thursday were 28-year old William Merrill of Rochester and 26-year old Robert Merrill of LeRoy. Deputies say the men had 10 grams of cocaine in their possession when they were arrested. Also charged this week were 30-year old Eugene Peak of Seneca Falls, 23-year old Jessica Wilson of Waterloo, and 32-year old Frank Lagana-who’s address was unknown. They were charged with sale of an imitation controlled substance. It’s alleged they sold an unknown substance in Seneca Falls. Charges are pending a report from a Monroe County laboratory. 31-year old Brian MacGill of Waterloo, 27-year old Jessica McMann of Syracuse, 21-year old Rebecca Verdi and 36-year old Joseph Nicastro both of Seneca Falls were all charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. MacGill was also charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, its alleged he sold crack cocaine . He was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon. All nine were set to the Seneca County Jail. The Seneca County Drug Taskforce has arrested 39 people since it was formed by the Sheriff’s Department and the District Attorney’s Office.
