Congressman Randy Kuhl is filling staff positions in his offices in Washington and back home in the 29th District. Phil Palmesano will serve as District Director at Kuhl’s temporary district office in Corning. The Hornell native was Legislative Director to Assemblyman Jim Bacalles. Colleen Banik has been named District Office Coordinator. Banik started in Kuhl’s State Senate office in Bath in 1989 as District Office Coordinator. Nancy Clark, who worked for Kuhl’s predecessor, Amo Houghton, will be Senior Staff Assistant in Corning for Kuhl. Gayle Dyckman of Cohocton will be a staff assistant in the Kuhl’s district office. She also previously worked for Houghton.
