A Seneca County Grand Jury will hear evidence and consider additional charges against 26-year old Christopher Chianese. The chiropratic college student was charged last week with arson inconnection with the fire last month that caused over a million dollars in damage to the Seneca Falls Town Hall. Chianese was scheduled to appear in Fayette Town Court tonight for a felony hearing, but that hearing was waved and his case has been transferred to Seneca County Court. On the day of the fire, Chianese was scheduled to appear in town court to answer charges of felony DWI. He is now being held in the Seneca County Jail on $200-THOUSAND dollar s bail.
